Our Landrace and Duroc breed pigs are RSPCA and red tractor assured.
They are kept outside from birth to slaughter with the highest standards of welfare, allowing a natural and comfortable living environment. All of our bacon is dry cured using diligent and traditional curing techniques which creates a beautifully flavoured end product.
