  • Grass-Fed

    All of our Native Breed Steak is Grass-Fed and reared in Norfolk.

  • Dry-Aged

    We Dry-Age all of our Steak on the bone, resulting in sublime eating quality and fantastic texture. 

    Rump possesses the most flavour out of all steak and whilst being a cheaper cut it really does compete with the big boys.

  • Serving Suggestion

    Serve with Gastro Chips, sauted mushrooms and tomatoes and a creamy pepper sauce.

    Serve over a delicate summer salad with seasonal veg and a creamy sauce.
