Dry-aged Dairy Burger - We’ve been so excited to do this for some time now and it has finally materialised.

After many trials and tests we’ve determined that the perfect ratio for the perfect burger is Rib cap and Chuck steak, mixed with our unique blend of seasonings and hand-pressed. This provides a fantastic balance of lean meat and fat for a wonderfully juicy burger!

If that wasn’t good enough then we’ve really upped the ante here..

We’ve used Ex Dairy Cattle which has been Dry-Aging for the past couple of weeks for a really delicious and intense flavour, grass fed Beef also boats vibrant, yellow creamy fat which is enriched with minerals and omega-3.
